enCards, an Orange County-based card processing provider, today announced that it has signed a strategic partnering agreement with software giant Evisions. The partnering agreement is both a strategic and tactical move for both companies, as enCards will be co-locating its US Headquarters with Evisions office in Irvine , California .
“It goes without saying that we are excited to be partnering with enCards,” said Kevin Jones, president, Evisions. “enCards has already begun to demonstrate to us that they can deliver solid results that will help us expand our current business goals; while concurrently maintaining the company philosophy of providing unparalleled services to our end users.”
Recognized for delivering highly targeted, unique card processing services, enCards recently announced that it will be expanding its core business by providing a larger product offering to its growing client base. Part of this business expansion comes on the heals of Evisions' recent news that the company is reporting that its higher education, government and utility clientele has grown to more than 700 clients. Evisions provides its software services to statewide university systems, large community college districts, members of the Ivy League, and colleges of nearly every religious faith, technical schools, historic colleges and government institutions. Through Evisions, enCards will be focusing its efforts on creating card processing opportunities for on campus based merchants and merchants frequently visited by the college community.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with Evisions. With their growth and experience in recent years, enCards will definitely benefit from this relationship,” said Michael L. Mattos, president, enCards. “With Evision's technical resources and existing customer base combined with enCards' unique card processing services, together we offer clients a fully integrated service plan and proprietary cardholder benefits not currently available.” |
